We were referred to George Nicholson by a friend. I spoke to Laurie while booking our inspector. They were not available the day we wanted. She gave me some amazing advice on inspectors, if we couldn't use them. What licenses and experience to look for. I was so impressed by the fact she wanted us to have a good inspection prior to buying our first home. I knew they were good people. I chose to go with them at a later date. We were not let down! His level of expertise and work ethic surpassed our expectations by far. He arrived early and had begun over looking the outside. We were there with the sellers realtor. After he saw him working so detailed, He said he's every sellers worst nightmare because he was so thorough during this inspection. He brought every tool he would need. He checked every inch of our 2000sq. Foot home. Every electrical outlet and every tile! He saw things we never would have found. And the best part was the detailed report we received at the end with in 24 hours!!! Color photos edited with arrows to clearly demonstrate an area. He not only mention damaged but gave us advice on repair. We are so impressed we have saved Laurie and George's contact. That way I can refer them to friends and family when the buy their next home. He arrived before the scheduled time with his team and they were already reviewing the outside of the home when I arrived. His team consist of an expert roofer who explained in detail the work need and life expectancy of the property. Mr. Nicholson was very through and detail in going over every aspect of his inspection.
