Mr.DelHoyo is a lifesavor. He stopped us from buying a home with $40K in renovations by providing us and doing a thorough home inspection. He was able to identify a broken truss 10 ft away with just a small flash light. During the home inspection, he would stop and take time to explain to us the issues in the house. Serge did a great job for our home inspection, he was very thorough and explained a lot of the technical details involving appliances - how old they were and when they needed to be replaced, how to open access panels and verify internals, things to look out for, what we can expect to repair and how to do it, and also offered to be available for questions after move-in, if we had any. He checked every single outlet, air vent, faucet, light switch, and water flow to make sure drains weren't clogged and there were no leaks anywhere. We were very happy with the service we received.

Serge did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain the condition of everything about the house in great detail. I am a first time home buyer but he was very patient with me and also covered all of the routine maintenance I will need to be aware of.
I feel like I have a good understanding of the areas that needed some fixing and what options I have. He also indicated several things which I might fix in the future.
He made his final report available online, which fully detailed every last detail, large and small, and included many photos of the house, marked as needed to indicate POIs. I think I will be keeping a copy of it to refer to for some time.
I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.
