I fully inspect the entire home, evaluating the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components. I encourage the customer to be present at their inspection so I can go over my findings with them and answer any questions for them. Using state-of-the-art reporting software, I deliver same-day reports that include pictures, infrared images and my recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement. And my job isn’t finished until you understand everything in your report. I use thermal imaging (infrared) in all inspections at no additional cost. This advanced, non-invasive technology allows me to see things such as energy loss, missing insulation or water leaks/intrusions that are not visible with the naked eye.
