I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable or helpful person to inspect the house we are purchasing. Michael pointed out things I would never had noticed until after we had moved into the house. He delivered his written report within 24 hours after inspecting the house. Wow!
I hope to use his report to get the things corrected by the seller that need correcting. And to use his services to help correct some of the smaller things that he has pointed out.

Michael was very thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He related information to my client in terms that she could understand. She was visibly able to see the home?s issues either from pictures or personal observation. This home is an older home and was not build to the codes of today?s standards. However, Michael?s report is extremely well done without alarming by client. Lastly, Michael returns his inspection report in a timely manner. Michael Greene was great. He is a friendly guy who did a thorough job on our pre-inspection as we get ready to sell our home.
