J&J Construction and Inpsection services was a small company I put together in the early 90's when I had been asked by friends and family to start building houses for a few of them. My intent at the time was to keep the company small while I raised my children and worked as a Building Offical for a local municipality which I did unitl January of 2016.
In January I decided to take my experience and passion to the marketplace. My approach to both construction and inspection is results based. I want to provide and experienced eye to identify potential issues and then a reasonable solution to what has been identified. I prefer to porvide an onsite narrative with the client to assure they understand the comment / call and they understand what impact any noted deficency has on other building systems. My goal is leave a client with a better understanding of their investment and what it will take to maintain it.

I have been involved in construction all of my life with experience in all facets of the industry. I was a Building Official, Inspector and Community Development Director for 26 years before starting the company in early 2016.
