We used Mark for our first home inspection a little over 6 months ago. He was just super - very thorough and meticulous and patient with all of our questions. Unfortunately, we ended up terminating that contract but we knew we would be using him again. We just didn't know our next (and perfect-for-us) house was going to fall in our laps the day we left for vacation! We trusted Mark 100% and asked him to do the inspection with us out of town. It was easy to take care of everything over the phone and he provided us with his report exactly when he promised. He then spent time - on a Friday evening - to talk to us over the phone about each of his findings. It was very reassuring knowing he was on our team.
