We had such a great experience with Jeff. He was on time (actually early) and did a very thorough job. We stayed in the house while he inspected and when he found things he would show us them as he went along instead of just being surprised by everything in a report later. We had a report the very next morning which was so nice as I figured we would have to wait several days to get it back. He was not only good at his job, but very friendly and personable which is hard to find these days in any profession. He was very picky (in a good way) and I felt like he was extremely thorough. The money we paid him was worth every penny for the piece of mind we have going into this house buying process. I will recommend him to anyone needing an inspector in the future!
