I was recommended Joseph Coyle for a home inspection by my coworker, and I cannot imagine using anyone else! The inspector was incredibly thorough in the inspection report and had everything listed with a picture, a description, how the issue may have been caused, and also how it could negatively effect the home. The inspector tested every door handle, measured the spaces for the washer and dryer and ran all the homes' appliances to make sure they were fully functioning. He went as far noticing the carpets rub against the bottom of the door in the bedrooms upstairs. This inspector saved me from blindly buying a home with structural damage and well hidden termite damage in the basement. What I like most is in the report, they do not just list problems. They explain their findings and give you the proper steps to take to resolve them problem. I honestly have a better understanding when it comes to what to look for when buying a home. I highly recommend Joseph Coyle and his team and will gladly use them again in the future!
