Inspection done on an older mobile home. Inspection was done quickly and professionally. Personally I would have liked more pictures of sub structures that had no defects. Maybe a little more info on overall general condition as this is my first mobile home and they are different then site built homes. Steve did explain the inspection to my wife which put her at ease with this purchase. Overall I am satisfied with this inspection and report.

Steve arrived before we did to the property and was ready to go. We had a brief discussion of the game plan and Once the agent had arrived Steve had is ladder off the truck and onto the roof. He work his way systematically around the exterior of the property and moved to the interior in the same orderly manner. He was very focused on his work and took his time coming back to the same area just to rule out different situations. After the full inspection he spent time with us to go over the list of things we have noticed in our personal inspection and giving us feedback on our findings and some of his initial findings. He followed up the inspection with a full report within the same day which was very detailed with explanations, photos, and suggestions. We have purchased many homes in our time and used many inspectors and wouldn't hire Steve again on a future house and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house. Thanks Steve

First I have contacted Steven because he has many reviews and many good reviews. When he came to the house that I will buy, he did not disappoint me. He did all the work with great detail such as walking thru all the tile roof, going inside the attic, investigating sink, baths, pool, outside the house basically everywhere in the house. Even though I visited this house several times and carefully looked around, he caught so many things that I did overlook. He is excellent inspector. Steven was very thorough in his inspection. As first time homebuyers, we asked him to complete the normal home inspection, along with a termite inspection, wind mitigation inspection, and pool inspection. The price was great for all of them, and he spent approximately 2.5 hours reviewing the entire property. His report is thorough and has pictures to show what exactly needs to be fixed and if it is a major or minor fix. I would highly recommend Steven to anyone who is looking for a home inspection!

Steve came to inspect a condo that I was under contract for and I simply couldn't have been more impressed. He truly went above and beyond, inspecting the 1,800 sq ft building for 3 whole hours! He helped explain what he would prioritize repairs and certain things that would happen is one thing or another would go without repair. The report he then produced was extremely explanatory and comprehensive. There was no question at all that he had my back and was clearly making sure that the place I was about to purchase was suitable. He wasn't trying to help a real estate agent get a sale, he was trying to make sure I was getting what I paid for.
