Frank was very pleasant and polite person to work with. He was very through and pointed out in great detail the pluses and the few areas that needed monitoring. One window was hit by a golf ball and a bath tile was cracked. Mostly it was piece of mind since this was for sale by owner and everything looked well maintained but it was good to have the assurance of a professional inspector. We came to Florida from Ohio to purchase a home and were not at all familiar with the rules and regulations here. We had an excellent real estate agent, Fawn Estes, who set up a home inspection when we found a house to purchase. Our inspector, Frank Jensen, was extremely thorough. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. His apprentice, Jay, hopped out of the truck and greeted us with a friendly "good morning". Knowing we were from out of state, Frank explained to us the additional reports we might need in order to get homeowners insurance in Florida because of the age of the home. He allowed us the time to validate the information with an insurance agency. Even though he had not planned on doing those additional inspections when he arrived he did them for us on the spot. We gave us an approximate length of time for the inspection and let us know he would reach out about 30 minutes before he was done. And he did just that. When we arrived back at the house we were given a tour of the property and all the discovered issues were shown to us. The written reports were emailed to me in less than 24 hours. This was a positive experience for us. I would encourage anyone wanting a thorough inspection with a high level of professionalism to contact Frank. Cindy

Inspector Frank Jensen went way above and beyond expectations on his latest inspection for me! As a Realtor, I have come to rely on a very few companies and people to take care of my real estate transactions. Inspector Frank is one of those few individuals. To demonstrate Frank's commitment to his work, he was in the ER for a medical condition the night before our scheduled 10AM inspection the next day and he not only made it one time, but was 15 minutes early. I only wish that the builder put in A1 vs A2 shutters. I found a roofer who is going to replace the boot on the electrical mast. He said that I was fortunate that the builder put separation of the inside electrical box from the outside mast with the wires. He does several of these re-boots per month. I think you should leave a brochure with the "seller" when you have a chance. Says something like, thank you for allowing me into your home to perform a home inspection for the potential buyer. My job is to provide the prospect with a third party opinion of the properties condition. Though much of what I find is little maintenance items that the seller may not even be aware of, I strive to establish a baseline of the homes condition so that the buyer is aware of the items or issues that may need to be addressed. On some occasion there may even be symptoms of bigger problems that need to be disclosed to the buyer during their due diligence period. Should you be in the process of selling so that you can either buy up or buy down within the lee county area, I would like the opportunity to assist you in your purchase and provide you with as thorough of an inspection for your very own purchase.
