My name is Art Simon, and I am the owner of Homefield Inspections, LLC. I have been a resident of Palm Harbor, FL since 1978. I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (member #17011820) and a Florida Licensed & Insured Home Inspector (#HI-10360). My love of architecture, construction, home remodeling, and “doing things the right way, the first time”, led me to the home inspection industry.
