Mr. Duncan performed a very thorough inspection of my new home. He was also able to explain things that I will need to know as I live in my new home for the upcoming years. We chose Bill Duncan to inspect our new purchase house. It was a 11 year old house which we fell in love but were concerned about the age of the house.
We wanted somebody who was experienced but more important somebody who understands our concerns and would do athorugh inspections and explain what he found to us in plain english language we can understand.
He exceeded our expectation many times over. At the end we felt very comfortable about potential issues and what nneded to be done to correct them. We went ahead with the purchase.
I ABSOLUTELY recommend Mr. Duncan for anyone who wants a solid inspection of the porperty they want to buy. My friend recommended him to us and he was right on the mark.
