I was so nervous choosing a home inspector that I knew nothing about except for what the Internet said. I was even more nervous that I couldn't be at the inspection and my father (very picky) would be there with whoever I chose to inspect my "soon to be" home. I was so impressed and pleased with Dennis at homeland home inspections! Very professional & very nice! We were very impressed by the professionalism of our inspector Dennis Hodkinson. He was very thorough in his report, and was willing to answer any questions we had. The price for his service was very reasonable considering the depth of the inspection and the report that followed. We would have been satisfied with the on-line report that was made available the day after the actual inspection, but were pleasantly surprised to receive our report complete with a summary and glossary etc in the mail a few days later. Homeland Home Inspectors even sent a copy of the summary to my real estate agent who reported to me that she had never seen such a detailed and complete report in her career.
In closing let me say that I would highly recommend Homeland Home Inspectors to anyone contemplating the purchase of a home.
