Omar arrived at the appointment on time, explained in detail what we should expect in terms of what he would be looking at and approximately how long the inspection would take. He brought with him a small drone that took super clear images of the entire roof which we found very helpful and put us at ease knowing there wasn't any damage on it. He literally inspected every foot of the house and provided us with very clear images of each area he inspected. At the end of the inspection he sat down with us to review the report, thoroughly explain what he found and answered all of our questions. He did a great job and we highly recommend him.

Omar is exceptional if not the best I have had the experience in using. Just for the record I have purchased 12 homes in my lifetime and have had much experience interfacing with home inspectors. Omar is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable I have ever run accross. As a result of his expertise it saved me on a purchase we were engaged in that allowed us to back out. I truly wonder if I had not had the luck of finding Omar that another inspector would have overlooked or manager missed what Omar had uncovered. This was in the tune of around $50K in aggregate repairs that could have been catastrophic. Omar eventually did my next home inspection; identified some minor findings which the sellers were happy to correct. He now did my daughters inspection for there first home purchase of which Omar did his second to none inspection. The report he provides you detailed with pictures is the best I have EVER seen. Omar was very thorough, he was honest in his opinions in importance of issues. He was friendly, humorous, professional, and explained everything from top to bottom. He also added some interesting information regarding the master bath, that was not listed anywhere else. Oddly, he had inspected the same property a few years ago and they had added a shower/tub in the master bath that was once a closet. It was not disclosed anywhere. Good to know info.
