Mr. Dodson was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt that he truly took his time and searched every nook and cranny (the crawl space was boarded up tight underneath a porch and half buried by mud). We are very thankful that Mr.Dodson prevented us from making a mistake we would have regretted. Also the report he created was detailed including pictures and diagrams showing all the issues. We will definitely be calling him again for the next home we need inspected. He has our full recommendation.
