Parkwood Property Inspections is based in High Point, NC. We primarily inspect homes in the following North Carolina counties: Alamance, Caswell, Chatham, Davidson, Davie, Durham, Forsyth, Guilford, Lee, Orange, Person, Randolph, Rockingham, Rowan, Stokes, and Wake. If you are located outside of our preferred radius, we are happy to travel to any home in NC, although additional fees may apply.

HOME INSPECTIONS: A home inspection is a professional consultation that determines the condition of the home’s major systems based on a thorough visual analysis of key components of the house. At Parkwood, we take attention to detail very seriously. We understand that you are making one of the most important financial decisions of your life and anything less than an excellent inspection is unacceptable.
RADON INSPECTIONS: Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer. It is a colorless, odorless gas that forms naturally from the decay (breaking down) of radioactive elements found in soil and rock throughout the world. Our radon inspections are offered at a discounted price when performed in conjunction with home or annual maintenance inspections.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS: A lot can happen in your home from year to year. Setting up a annual inspection will help to identify problems before they become too costly. Parkwood does not solicit any home repairs, nor do we receive any compensation for referrals. The sole intent of our annual maintenance program is to provide our clients with the necessary information to keep their homes excellent condition.
WATER QUALITY TESTING: We have the capability to test the quality of your drinking water. We collect water samples and send them off to be analyzed by a U.S. EPA certified laboratory. Water is tested for 2 types of bacteria, 23 water quality ions, nutrients, and minerals, and 70 metals or heavy metals.
AIR QUALITY TESTING: We test for a wide range of airborne particles, including fungal spores, pollen, insect parts, skin cell fragments, fibers, and other inorganic particulates. Samples collected are analyzed by a U.S EPA certified laboratory.
