I have 40+ years in the home building industry.  I am very familiar with all phases of a home from digging of the footers, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and cosmetic work until turing the keys over to the new owners. I believe the safety and health should come first.  I give a high quality and thorough home inspection. I show a high level of integrity and professionalism to my clients with thier best interest at heart. I do what I say I am going to do when I say I am going to do it. I do not cut corners and I am honest no matter what the situation may be. I believe part of my job is to take some of the stress from the buyers and sellers by giving them a complete objective inspection. I believe an inspection is protection for you and your family.
