It was necessary to go out a second time to test the AC because it was too cold to test on the first inspection date.
On the second visit after testing the central AC unit, a plumbing issue occurred under the kitchen sink. Dan handled the incident by contacting the condo assoc for an emergency service call so there would not be any flooding issues.
