Keith was on-time....actually early. When I informed him that there was NO ladder available he said "NO PROBLEM" and immediately began setting-up his drone with a 4G camera. The pics are fabulous. Keith was/IS very thorough, pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I MUST comment on Carol Wilson as well. WOW.. What concern, follow-through and VERY, VERY Pleasant to work with..
