I?m new to the area and really have no idea what a home inspection consisted of on an existing home. I purchased my first home brand new in California. Chris conducted an inspection on a home before we went to closing. The inspection done by Chris was thorough, attending to pre-determined categories of the home and its systems. It was an invaluable effort that identified areas to which I wanted remedy and/or repair before we moved into the home.
