Beyond showing up for a last minute call right away! He was informative, patient and professional. He covers all services that is needed pest, structural, mold, radon you name it! He is the one-stop inspector! As an agent turnaround time and accuracy is important and Stephan covered just that! We received the report the same day. Now let me mention how easy he made my job by having this software generate all of the repair request he recommended and allowing me to choose to add it in the list or leave "as is" for the seller to review. Mr. Baker arrived way ahead of time and had already started when we arrived. Once we were in the home, he was very thorough and inspected every inch of the home. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Baker. He arrived about 20 minutes before the scheduled time and he was already there inspecting and walking the outside of the house. He was knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. He took his time and provided immediate feedback as we were walking from room to room.
