Building Science 16:3 Home Inspections provides Building, Septic, Well, Mold, Radon, Termite, Boat house, Swimming Pool  and other inspections. Inspections are written on site, presented to the buyer on site and usually e-mailed the same day. All inspections are personally performed by Mark except the Termite. Our relationship with several Termite companies make it possible for us to be able to have the Termite inspection done during the home inspection.
