This is my first home so, I didn't know what to expect. A lot of friends and family described what their inspections were like and I have to say I got so much more. That has already come up as an issue when I talked with a real estate salesperson this morning who recommended that I attach a summary report to the listing brochure/marketing material. Is there any possibility that I can get a Summary Report for this purpose?

OMG What can I say to really tell how Great Mr. Poole is. My brother-in-law and our realtor went on the inspection with Mr. Poole and were SO very impressed. HIs knowledge, his thoroughness, and his genuine concern. The owners came in at the end of the lengthy inspection and were so impressed....They had just left their new home and an inspector. When they saw what a great job Mr. Poole was doing they ask for his card and siad they were going to call him for a second opinion. They felt a slighted.
The reports and pictures were very timely, the next morning, professional yet easy to read.
