Inspection was accurate and thorough. He identified issues needing repair the buyer missed during his inspection. Electrical, plumbing and heating/AC inspection was good since this is where a mountain house can have problems causing severe impacts. Report included additional details like whole house water shut off and plenty of photos of observations. I highly recommend this service.
