I appreciated your arriving on time and taking the necessary time to complete the inspection as thoroughly as possible; your attention to details and your knowledge of construction gave me a great deal of confidence regarding the property's condition. Tracey is my go-to inspector,always thorough while only covering pertinent issues. He is a member of Triangle MLS so the agent does not have to present to let him into the house.
He can arrange for most auxillary inspections (radon, water, septc,etc.) to be conducted the same day as the home inspection, so seller only has to be bothered one day and buyer can get all feedback from inspectors at one time.
Have been using Andemeron's Buyer Inspection and Seller Pre-inspection services for years. My clients and I are always happy with the detrailed report with a color photograph explaining every concern.
