He was very thorough with every aspect of the inspection. He checked every inch of the exterior and interior of the property and all appliances. Alvin is extremely thorough - he spent around 3.5 hours before I even got there to come up with a full list of all observations, gave a brief summary after my arrival, then walked me through the entire place where he explained every item very clearly and answered all of my questions with ease.
He is also extremely friendly and helpful - he provided great advice on how to fix all problems mentioned in the report and lots of great suggestions on how my house could be improved beyond what was noted in the inspections.
I will absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family in my area who need house inspection services.

I thought Alvin did a very thorough job. He was punctual and presented a positive, professional attitude. He took his time inspecting the house and communicated at a level where I could understand what he was talking about. I was impressed how knowledgable he was in the various areas. My presence didn't bother him and he took the time to point out the discrepancies and suggested ways to repair. He also had positive things to say about the house, which was nice. I asked him for names of contractors that could do repairs and he supplied me with several names. The price for the inspection was very reasonable and I received a full written report the same day.
