Alan did an very thorough and outstanding inspection of the property from top to bottom. His report was very detailed accompanied with lots of pictures and comments explaining what the pictures represented. The summary at the end was also very detailed and very easy to understand. His knowledge was very impressive and actually taught me a few things. Alan is also very friendly and sincerely had my best interest in mind. Alan was on time, prepared, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain each area as it was being inspected. He pointed out areas of concern and the solutions. Solutions range from replacement, repairs and calling the manufacturer to facilitate a less costly solution. Alan also showed me how the systems in the home operated.
His conclusion was that we choose a solid piece of real estate with a few minor fixes.
I would highly recommend Alan if you are in need of a through and honest inspection.

Alan was amazing. Easy to make appointment and inspection was thorough and clear. He is great at pointing out the good and bad and being realistic of what to be most concerned or not about. He walked us step by step guiding us on his plan and exactly what he was doing. At the end, he was honest and gave us the confidence we needed to solidify our choice. The report itself is easy to read and come with great pictures to easily remember where we wanted to focus.
