Chris was very thorough and took his time inspecting the home. Once he was done he took the time to explain what he had done, pointing out both the good and not so good. Fortunately the not so good wasn't too bad but needed to be addressed prior to closing on the home. I was also impressed with how he picked up on details that I would normally not have paid attention to and provided an explanation as to why those details may have been addressed. Chris also made routine maintenance recommendations. He was timely in preparing a detailed report and the format that he used was easy to navigate. Christopher found things that others missed! I had 3 experienced home owners look over my potential house... certain findings in the basement he revealed that none of us caught including termite damage! Yikes!
